Nick is a facilitator, coach, and Learning & Development leader who’s spent his career helping people grow with confidence and clarity. With experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, he designs and delivers learning experiences that are practical, engaging, and genuinely useful.

Most recently a Global Leadership Learning Director at Sanofi, Nick has led leadership and talent programmes, built blended learning strategies, and supported teams through meaningful development initiatives. He’s an experienced facilitator and speaker, accredited in Insights and DiSC, and trained through MindGym, CIPD and Roffey Park Institute.

Nick is also a passionate advocate for wellbeing, mental health, and neurodiversity. He created and hosts Sanofi’s global wellbeing podcast—now more than 250 episodes strong—which has become a key part of the company’s wellbeing culture. His largest live audience to date? A casual 14,500 people.

Before moving into L&D, Nick was an award‑winning Account Manager, using his background in sales, negotiation, and relationship‑building as the bridge to the work he does today. He’s partnered with organisations including Sanofi, Boots, Alliance Healthcare, and GSK, and has worked across sectors from pharmaceuticals to FMCG and logistics.

Nick’s mission is simple: to make career development accessible, energising, and human. Whether he’s running a workshop, hosting a conversation, or speaking on stage, he creates safe, supportive spaces where people can learn, reflect, and grow.

His work has been featured in 100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture by Aurélie Litynski, and he has appeared on the Emotion at Work podcast.

Nick lives in the South of England with his wife and two children, where he balances work, family life, and a steady supply of strong coffee.
