I am an experienced Learning & Development leader, facilitator, and wellbeing advocate with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful learning events across Europe. In my role as Learning Business Partner at Sanofi, I have lead leadership and talent accelerator programmes, developed blended learning strategies, and driven initiatives that support employee growth and engagement. My expertise spans facilitation, coaching, public speaking, and event hosting, and I am is accredited in Insights and DiSC.

A passionate advocate for mental health and neurodiversity, I created and host Sanofi’s global wellbeing podcast, which has featured over 200 guests and become a cornerstone to the company’s wellbeing strategy.

Over the years, I have completed numerous facilitation certifications such as achieving distinction as a MindGym facilitator, Advanced Facilitation Skills at Roffey Park Institute and I have been a MHFA England Mental Health first aider for seven years.

My mission is simple: to make career development accessible, practical, and inspiring for everyone. Whether through workshops, podcasts, or speaking engagements, I aim to bring energy, empathy, and actionable insights to every interaction. Making safe spaces for everyone.

I have worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia and in Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Belgium). I have also worked online with many other countries and my biggest audience to date for a webinar was 14,500!

I have worked in various different sectors of business including Pharmaceuticals, Logistics, and FMCG (fast moving consumer goods). Prior to working in L&D I was an award-winning Account Manager and used sales and negotiation training as the bridge to my new career. The clients I have had are numerous and included Sanofi, Boots, Alliance Healthcare and GSK.

Recently I featured in the book ‘100 Ideas for a Positive Work Culture' by Aurelie Litynski and was a guest star on the Emotion at Work podcast.

I am currently based in the South of England where I live with my wife and two children.
